We had excellent service from Oliver James. We dealt with Nicholas Lindsey. He was prompt, courteous and effective. He always replied very quickly to any correspondence and got things sorted. When the sale looked in danger of slipping away he came up with innovative solutions that worked. He chivvied lawyers and the other estate agents (and me!) to make sure things got done. He knows the local area very well, and made helpful suggestions on how to improve the house for selling. He always kept us informed of visits, and afterwards gave us detailed feedback of what the potential vendors thought. I would definitely recommend them. Gave us a great price, but then gave a great service for that price.
